Hello Chér's!! My name is Francine Davis, I also go by Phoenix. I'm a 31yr old Makeup Artist from Houston, TX. I have 11yrs of makeup experience under my belt and I've worked for companies like Lancome, Estee Lauder, & Fashion Fair. I am currently jumping out on faith and actually making my craft a brand.
