My Everyday Work Look!!

Ok Luvs today I will share my everyday makeup routine with you. It's simple! Every morning I wash my face with Clean & Clear Essentials for Sensitive Skin. I have the foaming facial cleanser and the deep cleaning toner. I follow up with the Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. When washing my face with the foaming facial cleanser I use a facial scrub to scrub away all the dead skin and bacteria on my skin. It makes my skin feel soft and more clean afterwards. I do this daily because I have combination skin and my pores get clog very quick. After wards I let my moisturizer set in and work before I start my makeup.

So I begin with priming my eyebrows with MAC Natural Radiance Base LumiĆ©re Primer. My choice of grooming brush is the Face Secrets Dual Brow & Angle Brush followed by MAC Spiked eyebrow pencil to fill in my brows. I then shape and clean my brow lines with my MAC Studio Fix Concealer NW 35. I then start to prime my whole face to start the foundation process. I use BH Cosmetics Concealer & Corrector Dark to conceal the dark spots in my face before applying my foundation. After applying my concealer & corrector I use the mini Khabuki brush from BH Cosmetics to blend the corrector in for a natural look. I then begin to apply MAC Studio Fix Fluid NW 43 with my BH Cosmetic Flat Strippling brush. I apply this all over besides my eye area I use the powder form for it. I then apply a thin layer of the MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foudation to my face with a MAC Foundation brush large to give it that flawless look. After applying my foundation I then apply Cover Girl Bronzer in 104 Golden Tan in my T zone areas. For my blush I use the MAC Sweet As Cocoa which gives a soft and natural look. It's not too bold and it's also doesn't blend in like you have none on. Finally my eyes, I keep it plain by only using my foundation as my eye shadow and apply L'oreal Extra-Intense liquid pencil eyeliner in Noir to my lids and Makeup Forever Smoky mascara to my lashes. For my lips I used NYX RLG 34 Real Nude which is a pinkish nude color which is great for someone who doesn't want to be too bold at work.

I hope you enjoy!!

MAC Cosmetics vs BH Cosmetics Liquid Foundation Review

So today I decided to try out the BH Cosmetics liquid foundation line against my MAC Studio Fix liquid foundation. The MAC foundation price is $24 and the BH Cosmetics foundation price is $3.98. As you can tell already there is a big difference in price. As everyone should know its never about the price, it's about quality. My foundation color in MAC is NW35 and in BH the Deep Beige. When opening the BH foundation from the packaging I already was in love with the bottle. It came with a pump something the MAC Studio Fix liquid foundation does not have, but the testers in-stores do. So you end up using more than you should or accidently spilling it while in the process of doing your makeup. The difference between the foundations are their consistencies, the MAC is thinner and less oily, and the BH Cosmetics is more thicker and a little oilier.  When applying both foundations on my face I saw that the BH blended well for a less expensive brand. With the MAC I had to apply another layer because it was thinner than the BH brand.

The results came out perfect and I couldn't tell the difference between the two products after application. On the right side is MAC and the left side is BH Cosmetics. I finished the application with a thin layer of loose powder to set the foundations. Then continued with my blush and bronzer.

The eyeshadow is from the BH Cosmetics 120Palette  4th Edition and the Smokey Eyes Palette.

Weight Loss Update...

Ok guys I coming to you with a quick update in the progress of my weight loss. Right now I'm 25 lbs down from my original weigh in from February. I'm currently not using any Herbalife products but I will be soon.

The diet I'm currently on is more of a soup diet. I eat a lot of fruit such as; Grapefruit, Pineapples, White Grapes, Watermelon, and Oranges. I also eat vegatables but not like I should. I still eat my Greek yogurt and I added peanuts to my snacks as well. I drink plenty of water each day to help out my metabolism and to provide a balance for body.
My workout consist of 4 days a week with 2 hour session in the gym. One day arms, one day gluts, one day legs, and one day core. Sometimes I will add a fifth day in if I can or because I need the extra day because I ate something outside of my current diet and need to burn it off. I do a total of 100 squats per day, 150 crunches, 50 sit-ups, and 30 minutes of yoga each day. I do train with a Gold Gym waist trainer that helps shed water weight around the midsection and also shapes you while working out. I will be ordering a waist crincher soon to help mold and train my waist. I really want to see if I can get back to my old size but with some modifications.

Hairfinity Product update!!

Since my last review in January introducing this product and giving a review as well. I decided it was time for a product update.

My temples have grown back in since the last update. My hair is longer, stronger, thicker, and most of all more manageable. This product has given my hair more life than I ever expected. My hair has grown a complete 6 inches since my original start date in November. I never had any doubts about this product not working. I normally take this product at night with a full glass of water. *Remember this product still contains Biotin, so it's necessary to drink a full glass of water when taking it. My main concern with this product will be in my growth phase. As I noted in my last blog review about HairFinity, your hair has a life cycle that consists of 3 phases: growing, resting, and shedding. Not only is sulfur a building block for your hair, it also has been shown to lengthen the growing phase of your hair. A longer growing phase (before resting and shedding) means longer hair.
This product continues to amaze me each month when I see the results of the product. If you don't believe see for yourself. You can purchase the product at www.hairfinity.com at $24 a bottle. Which is a one month supply and they do come in bundles if you want to purchase the product in bulk.
Next update will be pressing my hair so you can see the full results of this product. Right now I am just focusing on the thickness and strength of my hair.

HairFinity Hair Journey!!

So today I come to you with a product review. I was surfing the internet to see if there were any products I can try to grow and strengthen my hair. After hours of searching I was able to find a product worth trying. With over 400 reviews online and YouTube reviews of nothing, but great feedback, I decided to give this wonderful product a try.
HairFinity is made by Brock Beauty Inc., which is located in Slidell, LA and can be found online at www.hairfinity.com. The price of the bottle I ordered was $24.00 plus shipping & handling. Now they do have the bottles available in discounted packages if you prefer to purchase in bulk.  The shipping process was fast, which was a plus. Before I knew it the bottle was in my hands and I was ready to give it a try.
The first week into my bottle of HairFinity (November 18, 2013), I saw a major difference in my hair strength and I was having less shedding when I brushed my hair. Not to mention the elasticity was now noticeable. So I knew the product was starting to work. One of the main ingredients is MSM (Methylsulfanylmethane) which helps promote healthy hair. MSM is quickly becoming known for its role in healthy hair growth but it's original use is for muscle and joint inflammation. MSM naturally occurring form of Sulfur is found in many foods. The life cycle of your hair consists of 3 phases: growing, resting, and shedding. Not only is sulfur a building block for your hair, it also has been shown to lengthen the growing phase of your hair. A longer growing phase (before resting and shedding) means longer hair. Now Biotin is another main ingredient in this hair supplement so you already know what that means. Lots and lots of WATER. Yes, water! Biotin is known for causing break outs, so make sure you ready to sacrifice for healthy hair.
Now two months into the product I'm actually loving my results. I have witnessed my hair getting longer and stronger every week. I also see it becoming very manageable now, at first it was a fight just to detangle my hair. I absolutely give this product a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. It will be a supplement I will use till I reach my goal in my hair journey.

*NOTE: Between bottles I did use MSM vitamins till the next bottle came in. I received the same results and saw no side effects when switching back to HairFinity.*
